Collection Service

Interbill has teamed with nationwide collection agency Optio Solutions, LLC to provide a collection service tailored to the needs of attorneys. Optio Solutions is nationally licensed and bonded and qualified to collect in all fifty states.

Collecting for attorneys is different than collecting for businesses or other professions. There are
often no deliverables (deliverables like a trust or a contract); services are frequently not well defined
in advance (and in writing) and the billing process may have detracted from the perceived value of
the legal services.

The Interbill / Optio Solutions process offers two collection strategies.

Collection Strategy I:  Up to five collection letters per file, providing the impact of third party intervention - $50 per file.

Collection Strategy II:  A series of verbal demands by Optio Solutions’ ACA certified collection specialists – 40% to 50% of  amount paid.
